What is PropSage for?

PropSage is a back-office platform designed for real estate agencies and salespersons who want to manage their business efficiently and professionally. It streamlines daily operations, from client and listing management to marketing and reporting, while ensuring full compliance with Singapore’s real estate regulations.

How does PropSage differ from other real estate tools?

PropSage is a compliance-ready, all-in-one ecosystem that brings together client management, listing management, transactions, and marketing tools in a single platform.

Unlike generic CRM or listing tools, PropSage is built specifically around Singapore’s regulatory framework, perfect for small agencies. It replaces manual, paper-based workflows with automated processes, such as pre-filled and validated forms, built-in reminders and digital approvals, reducing admin time and errors.

Integrated marketing tools like SMS outreach, client tracking, and synced calendars also help agents focus on what truly matters: building relationships and closing deals.

How do I get started with PropSage?

To get started, sign up for an account on our website. Once registered, you’ll have access to all available tools and can start managing clients, listings, and transactions right away.

Is there a free plan?

PropSage does not have a free plan, instead, you can subscribe to PropSage as an independent agent. We can automatically send transaction details to your agency.

Account & Billing

How do I reset my password?

Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

How do I update my profile information?

Click on your Profile Icon (top right) → Account Details → Update your personal information.

How do I change my email address?

Click on your Profile Icon (top right) → Account DetailsContact Information, then update your registered email address.

How do I change my billing details?

Click your Profile Icon (top right) → Billing & SubscriptionsBilling & Payment Info, where you can update billing details or add payment methods.

How can I check when my subscription expires?

Click your Profile Icon (top right) → Billing & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can view all active subscriptions and expiry dates here.

How do I view the different subscriptions available & what is included in each subscription?

Click your Profile Icon (top right) → Billing & SubscriptionsSubscriptions to view active plans, upgrade options, and detailed inclusions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click your Profile Icon (top right) → Billing & Subscriptions, click Cancel Subscription, and follow the on-screen steps. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Is there a refund policy?

Once a subscription is activated or renewed, we’re not able to process any refunds or partial refunds. We encourage users to review their plan details carefully before confirming payment. You may cancel anytime before the renewal date to prevent future renewals.

Can I sign up for an account for my Agency?

Yes. PropSage supports both Salesperson and Agency accounts, each with tailored features and dashboards.

Product Troubleshooting

Why is a form missing in my transaction?

If it’s a rental HDB transaction, you will only need to fill in the CEA form. There is no need to fill up any AML / CDD forms.

Why is my client not able to receive my email?

If the email does not appear in the client’s inbox or spam/junk folder, please check that your SMTP is set up. You can check by navigating to System SettingsNotificationsUpdate SMTP Sever Settings.

My Agency has some custom forms, can you digitize them for us?

Yes, we can customise forms for agencies. The price ranges from $80 onwards. You may contact us for more information.

What if my company’s commission structure is unique?

Each company’s commission plan will be customised, there is no default commission setting, and PropSage will build the commission structure for each company. An additional one-time set-up starts from $800 per commission structure.

What are your PDPA policies?

Your data is fully protected with PropSage. We follow a strict privacy policy, as we do not sell, rent or use any personal information you store with us for any purpose. We’re also not affiliated with any agency that may present a conflict of interest with your business.

All data is securely stored in the cloud via Amazon Web Services, with servers protected by multiple security layers and firewalls to deter and prevent malicious activity.
